The Log Cabin sleeps 2 in its double bedroom with large wardrobes and a south facing picture window where you can see for miles with no habitation in sight. There is a bathroom with shower, wc and handbasin plus a heated towel rail.
The living area is open plan with sofa, chairs, dining table, tv, and a fully fitted kitchen area. French doors open onto a decking area; just the place to sit out and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the myriad of twinkling stars.
Well behaved pets are welcome
There are large picture windows overlooking the large gardens and pond where you will see the heron as he is a frequent visitor. Other wildlife includes barn owls,pheasant, jays, woodpecker and many varieties of garden birds as well as foxes, rabbits and deer.
Close to Bodmin Moor, the rear of the log cabin looks accross open fields, again with no habitation in sight. You have the freedom to walk and explore the whole 18 acres in which the cabin is set.
Should you wish to use the cabin as a base for touring there are many interesting and picturesque places to visit eg. Polperro and Looe (20 minutes drive),the Eden Project (45 mins), Fowey and Polruan, Cotehele, Mt Edgecumbe,Anthony House, and Lanhydrock and of course the many lovely beaches dotted along the Cornish north and south coasts. There are many country pubs serving excellent food nad drink in the locality .
